Programme
This session introduces and discusses recent archaeological investigations in the Mediterranean basin with a focus on the Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine worlds. The session aims at familiarizing scholars of New Testament and cognate studies with recent archaeological research related to their time period, as well as recent technical and methodological advancements in the field of archaeology.
