Temples and Shrines

The theme for the 2015 session was 'Temples, sanctuaries and their functioning in the Bronze and Iron Ages'. We encourage contributions that focus on the use of temples and shrines in everyday life, and the interpretation of archaeological remains of sacred spaces.   Depending on the nature and subject matter of the contributions we will format the meeting as a discussion forum.Past MeetingsPast meetings have focused on the Mesha Stela and on the archaeology of the Arabian Trade.
